the clerk of court, Karen is the most rude and short person I've talked to. i had called a few days before my court date to reschedule, left messages, emailed, never got a call back and never got a response to emails. so now here i am at work , called on the day of my court date only to be called back three hours after my court date with the excuse of "i'm in court and i cant answer the phone"... after asking politely if she was the only clerk there and if anybody else worked there she said no , shes the only one there....so if i understand correctly , basically because shes in court all day nobody can get through on the phone to set up arrangements? so that's my fault now? my ticket has defaulted and i'm found guilty because they only staff one person to answer the phones? i apologize i live two hours away and cannot make my appointment. this is ridiculous. she basically hung up on me after i asked her if there was somebody higher up than her that i could speak to about the way she had talked to me. i don't appreciate being cut off and told there is nothing i can do. maybe hire some more staff? that's not my problem, return your phone calls or check your emails . what a joke.
